On June 21st the Shelton Park Church of God incorporated Sunday School

into the Children of Promise Worship Service. With the incorporation we

greatly increased not only workers to teach and nourish the children, but

also utilized the time to gain the attention of more children. Sister Connie

Philbeck who heads up the children's worship received the name Children

of Promise as the Lord spoke to her heart and has applied it to Childrens

Church. On June 28th to familarize students and teachers alike, Sister Connie

held an open house to meet and greet. The Children on this day sang for

the congregation and how beautiful they did sound. Below are the photos

of that day. Thanks to Sister Connie for her dedication and love of the ministry.
